Our team will inspect the item before approving any return. Products that are damaged by the customer or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to transit, please inform us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you. Returns reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
